Full Refund Policy
A full refund is available to any customer who submits a refund request within 15 days of the date of purchase, provided that no service has been activated or utilized under the purchased plan. To request a refund, customers must contact us at support@sunnydaysnowco.com with their order details and reason for the request. Refund requests submitted within this window will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds After 15 Days
Refund requests submitted after 15 days of the date of purchase will not be eligible for a full refund as a matter of standard policy. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sunny Day Snow Co. under special circumstances. Any such refund, whether full or partial, is not guaranteed and will only be approved at the discretion of Sunny Day Snow Co. management. The decision of Sunny Day Snow Co. on all refund matters is final.
