These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Sunnyday Snow Co. ("we," "us," "our") and your access to our website at sunnydaysnowco.com ("Site"). By signing up, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Sunnyday Snow Co. provides residential snow removal services in Central New Jersey. Our services include driveway clearing, walkway clearing, stairway clearing, and entrance step clearing, depending on the plan selected at the time of booking.
1.1 Standard Per Visit — Regular Driveway (up to 6 cars)
Standard service for driveways accommodating up to 6 vehicles. Includes clearing of the main driveway only.
• Prebook Price: $40.00 per visit
• Original (In-Season) Price: $70.00 per visit
The customer is in full control of when to utilize their pass. They may notify us at any time they wish to use their service — there are no snow depth requirements or restrictions. Full details on how to activate and notify us will be provided to all customers in early November at the start of the season.
1.2 Standard Per Visit — Large Driveway (6+ cars)
Standard service for driveways accommodating more than 6 vehicles. Includes clearing of the main driveway only.
• Prebook Price: $45.00 per visit
• Original (In-Season) Price: $75.00 per visit
The customer is in full control of when to utilize their pass. They may notify us at any time they wish to use their service — there are no snow depth requirements or restrictions. Full details on how to activate and notify us will be provided to all customers in early November at the start of the season.
1.3 Premium Per Visit — All Sizes
Premium service includes clearing of the full driveway, front walkway, entrance steps, and stairways. All driveway sizes are covered under this plan — no surcharge applies regardless of driveway size.
• Prebook Price: $55.00 per visit
• Original (In-Season) Price: $85.00 per visit
The customer is in full control of when to utilize their pass. They may notify us at any time they wish to use their service — there are no snow depth requirements or restrictions. Full details on how to activate and notify us will be provided to all customers in early November at the start of the season.
1.4 Premium Season Pass — All Sizes
The Premium Season Pass is our fully automatic, all-inclusive plan covering the entire winter season from November through February. All driveway sizes are covered — no surcharge applies regardless of driveway size. Includes full driveway, walkway, entrance steps, and stairways.
• Prebook Price: $275.00 per season
• Original (In-Season) Price: $450.00 per season
Service under the Premium Season Pass is fully automatic. We monitor weather conditions and dispatch our crews to every season pass customer every single time it snows — regardless of snow depth or accumulation. Customers do not need to notify us or take any action. Full activation details will be sent to all season pass holders in early November.
1.5 Business / HOA
Custom pricing is available for businesses, property management companies, and homeowners associations servicing multiple properties. Please contact us at support@sunnydaysnowco.com for a tailored quote.
2. Prebook Pricing & Early Bird Promotion
Sunnyday Snow Co. offers discounted prebook pricing to customers who sign up before the winter season begins. The following terms apply to all prebook purchases:
2.1 Prebook Availability
Prebook pricing is available on a limited-time basis prior to the start of the winter season. Prebook pricing will no longer be available once the season opens on November 1. All bookings made from November 1 onwards will be charged at the original in-season rates.
2.2 Prebook Terms
• Prebook prices are available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time prior to November 1 without notice.
• Prebook rates are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered customer and service address.
• Prebook purchases are subject to the same refund and cancellation policy as all other plans (see Section 6).
• Sunnyday Snow Co. reserves the right to end the prebook promotion early if capacity is reached.
2.3 Season Dates
The winter service season runs from November 1 through the end of February. Services will be rendered during this period only. Snow removal requests outside of this window are not covered under any plan.
3. Booking
3.1 Driveway Size Selection
All customers must accurately select their driveway size at the time of booking:
• Regular driveway: up to 6 cars
• Large driveway: more than 6 cars
It is the customer's responsibility to accurately select their driveway size. Sunnyday Snow Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing if the driveway size selected does not match the actual property.
3.2 Plan Activation
All plans are purchased upfront at the time of booking. Full details on how to activate per visit passes and how to notify us for service will be communicated to all customers via email in early November before the season begins.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking and payment, customers will receive a confirmation email with their plan details, selected driveway size, prebook rate confirmation, and instructions on what to expect next.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Current Pricing
Prebook Prices (available before season):
• Standard Per Visit — Regular driveway (up to 6 cars): $40.00
• Standard Per Visit — Large driveway (6+ cars): $45.00
• Premium Per Visit — All driveway sizes: $55.00
• Premium Season Pass — All driveway sizes, full season: $275.00
• Business / HOA: Custom quote
Original In-Season Prices (During Season):
• Standard Per Visit — Regular driveway (up to 6 cars): $70.00
• Standard Per Visit — Large driveway (6+ cars): $75.00
• Premium Per Visit — All driveway sizes: $85.00
• Premium Season Pass — All driveway sizes, full season: $450.00
• Business / HOA: Custom quote
4.2 Payment Terms
All plans are paid upfront in full at the time of booking. No service will be rendered until payment has been successfully processed.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our website. We do not store card details on our servers.
4.4 Promotional Codes
Promotional codes and discounts may be applied at checkout where applicable. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Sunnyday Snow Co. reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional codes at any time.
4.5 Pricing Changes
Sunnyday Snow Co. reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Customers who have already completed a prebook purchase will not be affected by in-season price changes. Per-visit in-season customers will be notified of any price changes before their next service.
5. Service Area
Our services are currently available in Central New Jersey, including but not limited to: Piscataway, Edison, Woodbridge, New Brunswick, Somerset, Middlesex, Princeton, Bound Brook, Plainfield, Trenton, and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit or expand our service area at our discretion.
6. Service Delivery
6.1 No Guaranteed Time Windows
We do not offer specific arrival time windows to individual customers. Our crews operate on optimized routes and will service your property on the same day. We aim to complete all properties within 8 hours of crew deployment.
6.2 Service Notification
Customers will receive a notification via text or email once their property has been cleared.
6.3 Season Pass — Automatic Service
Premium Season Pass holders do not need to take any action. We will automatically dispatch crews to your property every time it snows throughout the season, regardless of snow depth or accumulation.
6.4 Per Visit Pass — Customer Activated
Standard and Premium per visit customers are in full control of when they use their pass. Customers may notify us at any time of their choosing to request service. There are no snow depth requirements — the customer decides entirely. Details on how to notify us will be provided in early November.
6.5 Service Conditions
Our crews will make every reasonable effort to clear your property fully and safely. However, service may be affected by extreme weather conditions including blizzards, ice storms, or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, service may be delayed or rescheduled. Season pass customers will be prioritized in the event of any delays.
6.6 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure driveways, walkways, and stairways are free of vehicles, obstacles, or hazards at the time of service. Sunnyday Snow Co. is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, unmarked curbs, or obstructions not visible under snow.
6.7 Re-service Policy
If you believe your property was not adequately cleared, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the situation and dispatch a crew for a re-service at no additional charge if required.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Full Refund Policy
A full refund is available to any customer who submits a refund request within 15 days of the date of purchase, provided that no service has been activated or utilized under the purchased plan. To request a refund, customers must contact us at support@sunnydaysnowco.com with their order details and reason for the request. Refund requests submitted within this window will be processed within 7 business days.
7.2 Refunds After 15 Days
Refund requests submitted after 15 days of the date of purchase will not be eligible for a full refund as a matter of standard policy. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sunnyday Snow Co. under special circumstances such as a serious medical situation, relocation outside the service area, or other extraordinary events. Any such refund, whether full or partial, is not guaranteed and will only be approved at the discretion of Sunnyday Snow Co. management. The decision of Sunnyday Snow Co. on all refund matters is final.
7.3 Per Visit Pass — Activated Passes
Once a per visit pass has been activated and a crew has been dispatched to your property, no refund will be issued for that visit regardless of when the original purchase was made.
7.4 Season Pass — Partially Used
If a season pass refund is approved after services have already been rendered, any refund issued will be pro-rated based on the number of service events already completed, deducted from the original purchase price at the standard per visit rate.
7.5 Service Cancellation by Sunnyday Snow Co.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, affected customers will be notified as soon as possible and a pro-rated credit or refund will be issued where applicable.
8. Liability
8.1 Property Damage
Sunnyday Snow Co. carries general liability insurance. If our crew causes damage to your property during the course of service, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
8.2 Limitations
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden objects under snow, ice formation after service completion, or damage caused by vehicles or third parties after service has been rendered.
8.3 Slip and Fall
While we make every effort to clear properties thoroughly, we cannot guarantee ice-free surfaces following service. Customers are responsible for applying ice melt or salt after clearing if required. Sunnyday Snow Co. is not liable for slip and fall incidents occurring after service completion.
8.4 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunnyday Snow Co.'s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information including name, address, email, and phone number for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing). 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
